Digital Marketing Manager  

EMP is looking for a digital marketing manager who can seamlessly manage multiple blockchain projects at any given time and supercharge our social media and community growth.

The successful candidate is required to prove the ability to come up with innovative concepts, plan and execute end-to-end social media campaigns, content and community events, as well as track, analyse and improve metrics, KPIs and performance.

What you’ll be doing:

• Proven experience driving growth in acquisition and engagement on Twitter and other social media platforms
• Own the social media and community playfield, work with regional teams and varir social media and community growth.
• We don’t only hire candidates with Web3 or blockchain experience. This job will be offered to a creative digital marketing enthusiast who understands everything you do is to translate ideas to actionable items that deliver business results.
• Assist vaiour stakeholders to plan, develop, monitor, analyse and optimise campaign strategies and tactics from end-to-end that best achieve the business objectives
• Responsible in creating community strategies and campaigns that complement marketing initiatives through content and events like AMA, Airdrop, Whitelisting, Giveaway and partnerships, to drive follower acquisition and engagement on Discord, Telegram, Reddit and/or other platforms
• Define, measure and report on key metrics and KPIs within the organisation with actionable insights and recommendations for performance optimisation
• Express each of company projects’ value proposition through clear, concise and witty marketing messaging across all marketing channels and customer journey touchpoints, including PR, social media, community and partner channels
• Provide direction on content and creative asset creation and ensure the quality and timeliness of deliverables
• Collaborate effectively across functions with regional teams, including Project (product), Marketing, Design, Community and Data teams to identify market opportunities and help shape the marketing calendar
• Lead market and competitive analysis for the rapidly evolving Web3 space

What you should have:

• Bachelor degree in Communications, Marketing or other related discipline
• Minimum of 6 years’ experience in digital and/or social media marketing, be ready to showcase your best work
• A keen interest and strong belief in what we are building in Web3 and blockchain
• Highly organized and comfortable working across multiple countries and multiple projects
• Ability to create recommendations and implement new experiments to improve goals
• Ability in understanding important performance drivers against findings
• Self-motivated, independent and organized team player with a start-up mentality, capable of working effectively with regional cross-functional teams
• Excellent writing, editing and verbal communication skills in English
• Amenable to work onsite in Makati

It’ll be a strong plus if you:

• Are a Web3 person, know blockchain from experience like DeFi, GameFi, NFT, Crypto
• Have experience in working with influencers
• Are experienced in managing online social and community platforms, such as Twitter, Telegram, Discord, Youtube and Medium
• Have a strong entrepreneurial mentality
