Tech Lead Manager  

Job Description:

• Mentor, coach, and inspire a team of high-caliber engineers
• Work together with product teams to set goals, define roadmaps, and build systems that maximize ease of use, innovation, performance, scalability and reliability
• Advise on code quality, high-level architecture, and the adoption of new technologies
• Participate in the entire software development lifecycle from planning, coding, debugging, and writing unit tests

• You love helping engineers develop new skills and advance in their careers.
• You don’t shy away from performance conversations and you recognize the relationship between objective feedback and career growth.
• You’re excited to explain complex technical concepts and share your knowledge with diverse audiences both internally and externally
• Evidence of exposure to architectural patterns of a large, high-scale backend application (e.g., well-designed APIs, high volume data pipelines, efficient algorithms)
• 5+ years of industry experience on software engineering
