Job Description
- Carrying out Company’s reporting obligations in accordance with BI/OJK/other government regulations and coordinating with Company’s internal team during report preparation as necessary and ensuring that content is in accordance with such regulations
- Administering and/or updating all company documents related to corporate governance in terms of complying with BI/OJK/other government regulations including all relevant correspondences
- Ensure that corporate governance is implemented in accordance with relevant laws and regulations
- Maintain a good communication/relation with both internal and external parties/institution
- Collaborate and build the synergy to all department of the Company to determine and/or recommend the procedure/policy changes to improve operations efficiency.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field with minimum GPA 3.00
- At least 3 years of working experience in Compliance area
- Good knowledge on the prevailing regulations (particularly related to payment system and financial services) including AML-CTF.
- Have good time management skills
- An analytical mindset with excellent organizational skills
- Proficient in English both oral and written
