Job Description
- Carry out internal control of the company in accordance with the provisions of applicable laws and regulations.
- Monitor, identify, mitigate, control and follow up on existing risks and provide reports and recommendations to the board of directors periodically.
- Conduct objective testing, evaluation and recommendations for improvement of the implementation of risk management system by following changes in factors affecting the company's business.
- Analyse and evaluate company's risk in connection with the company's corporate actions.
- Develop and maintain technical knowledge of systems and data to ensure optimal use of technology.
- Completing all pending matters and completing follow-up on audit findings
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent field and experience
- 0-2 years of relevant enterprise risk and control management experience
- Has knowledge of enterprise risk management
- Agile, dynamic, strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- The initiative to propose solutions and to take action independently with the confidence to effectively challenge the status quo
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in financial analysis skills, planning & coordination, problem solving and decision making
- Organization and time management skills, specifically working to deadlines with multiple deliverables
- Highly developed ability to analyse and present data and information effectively
- Familiar with Data Analytic Platform
