Job Description
- Have at least 2 years experiences in consulting, banking, private equity fund, fast paced companies or fast growing startup
- Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment, matrixed organization
- Have a problem solving & analytical skills
- Have a good interpersonal and communication skills
- Can operate in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment - you’re willing to try something new, and fail fast
- Meticulous - you don’t like knowing things on the surface. You dig to find the root cause of things
- Question the status quo - you’re not satisfied with the simple “it is the way it is” justification
- When given the choice between struggle and ease, you often choose the harder path if it’s the smarter decision
