Job Description
- Proactively monitor business metrics and actively respond to anomaly behavior/alert.
- To identify issues, provide analysis and raise it to respective stakeholders.
- Work with Engineers to identify problems and find a workaround and solution.
- Log all incident into ticketing system and maintain the issue until it is closed.
Minimum Qualifications
- Ability to participate in a 24 x 7 rotating shift roster.
- Basic Linux understanding.
- Knowledge of at least one scripting language (Bash, Shell, Python).
- UNIX Syntax log friendly (familiar with "grep" command).
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- A minimum of 3 years work experience in Tech / Support.
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science.
