Job Description
- Have knowledge in all aspects of the internal complaint procedures and ready to receive, identify root causes, and deal with complaints; as well as solving it under given SLAs
- Have basic knowledge of Customer Service soft skills
- Ready to assist in solving sudden urgent cases/ hard complaints
- Having good internal and external relationships to maintain service excellence
- Having knowledge in IT/Tech area is an advantage
Minimum Qualifications
- 2 years experiences in Customer Service/ Complaint Management area of expertise
- Able to operate Microsoft Excel for data analysis
- Able to work under pressure and deadlines
- Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills
- Service oriented person and good attention to details
- Knowledge in Zendesk or other similar service system tools is an advantage
