Job Description

  • Have knowledge in all aspects of the internal complaint procedures and ready to receive, identify root causes, and deal with complaints; as well as solving it under given SLAs
  • Have basic knowledge of Customer Service soft skills
  • Ready to assist in solving sudden urgent cases/ hard complaints
  • Having good internal and external relationships to maintain service excellence
  • Having knowledge in IT/Tech area is an advantage

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2 years experiences in Customer Service/ Complaint Management area of expertise
  • Able to operate Microsoft Excel for data analysis
  • Able to work under pressure and deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills
  • Service oriented person and good attention to details
  • Knowledge in Zendesk or other similar service system tools is an advantage
