Job Description
- Design and implement new network solutions and/or improve the efficiency of current networks
- Install, configure, and support network equipment including routers, proxy servers, switches, WAN accelerators, DNS and DHCP
- Provide network equipment and manage subcontractors involved with network installation
- Configure firewalls, routing, and switching to maximize network efficiency and security
- Optimize network performance through ongoing monitoring and troubleshooting
- Arrange scheduled upgrades
- Investigate faults in the network systems
- Monitor and update network equipment to the latest firmware releases
- Collect network status and get it reported to key stakeholders
Minimum Qualifications
- Has a background of computer science, computer systems engineering, electrical engineering, mathematics, network security management, physics degree
- Has a min. 3 years of experience as a Network Engineer in companies with comparable challenges and complexity. Experienced in Fintech-related companies and CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional) licensed is a big plus
- Has an analytical mind, ability to learn new technologies quickly, good time management skill, strong documentation skill, and business awareness
- Ability to effectively assess and communicate risks and appropriate levels of urgency to management and engineering staff
- Problem solving skills and ability to work under pressure
