Job Description
- Ensure that all contracts regarding partnership, marketing, and financial operation (receive, send, tax of points) are manned to the agreed levels.
- Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
- Responsible for all aspects of leasing and contracting the building, including setting up the requirement for the new office (if needed)
- Purchasing the right equipment and maintaining solid inventory data
- Assume responsibility of operations projects including; requirement gathering, approval, timeline and project plan creation, tracking, support and communication to all teams involved
- Lead and supervise a team of Customer Service
- Work to support the achievement of business' strategic and operational objectives.
Minimum Qualifications
- Previous work experience in related fields minimum of 2 years
- Minimum Bachelor degree from reputable university
- Profound experience with management, legal, business and financial procedures, including budgets, forecasting, etc.
- Enjoy working with numbers and using data to provide thought-provoking and workable solutions
- The profound experience of budget development and oversight
- Excellent understanding of organizational effectiveness and operations management.
- Basic IT skills, including experience with databases.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
- Have the ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment, and when given a deadline, know how to motivate yourself, your managers, associates and meet it.
