Job Description
- Prepare and conduct thorough vehicle checklist inspection before use of the vehicle
- Plan route and requirements by studying schedule or ad-hoc requests by the Asst. Manager for Admin and Procurement
- Transport employees and guests to and from various destinations and to assist them on entry and exit from vehicle as necessary
- Fulfill special requests of the office by picking up and delivering items as directed
- Maintain passengers confidence by keeping information strictly confidential
- Abide by the Asst. Manager for Admin and Procurement and vehicle scheduling
- Monitor vehicle periodic maintenance and registration
- Conducts good manner of driving
- Report all accidents and incidents involving the vehicle
- Report road safety hazards noted in route
- Perform such tasks which Management may require from time to time
Minimum Qualifications
- Knowledge in troubleshooting/minor repair,
- With average verbal and written communication skills,
- Good interpersonal skills
