Job Description
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, scanners and WiFi
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
- Providing technical support across the company
- Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
- Setting up accounts for new users
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
- Testing new technology
- Possibly training more junior staff members
- Conduct electrical safety checks on computer equipment
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience as an IT Support
- Proficient in Windows XP, Vista and Windows 7, Linux, etc.
- Good working knowledge of all desktop applications and malware applications
- Ability to load and troubleshoot various software and hardware systems
- Good knowledge of various networking concepts
