Job Description
- Responsible for the development and refinement of corporate business unit strategy.
- Manage the corporate balanced scorecards.
- Identifiying potential areas for improvement across the business, definition and prioritization of projects that are aligned to the corporate strategy.
- Developing client and competitor insight and strategic project programme management.
- Monitoring the effectiveness of the Balanced Scorecard process and give recommendations.
- Review performance levels against defined targets.
- Prepare reports on actual performance.
- Analyze cases of low performance to identify the cause and forecast future output.
- Direct report to CEO.
Minimum Qualifications
- Holds a Master Degree from a reputable university.
- At least 7 years of experience in related fields.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Has high energy level, eager to learn and career oriented.
