Job Description
- Use social media platform to sell or market properties in Ortigas Area and San Juan, Greenhills.
- Invite minimum of 5 interested clients to purchase properties per week.
- To get 10 quality appointments per day thru Telemarketing/Cold Calls
- To send 100-300 emails and txt per day.
- Submits the following in timely manner: reports (telemarketing, booth, saturation, appointment, showroom guests) and weekly game plan.
- Attends booth manning which is only 5 times in a month.
- Offers and present projects to potential buyers. (with assistance of the Manager)
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Wide Network Local and International
- Mandarin Speaking is a PLUS
- Sales Experience in Real Estate is a PLUS (higher expertise, higher compensation)
- Knowledge at Digital Marketing is a PLUS (if posses this, possible can work at Home)
- Wide Network Locally and International (opportunity to do International Selling)
- Creative
- Knows to do PR
