Job Description

Oro Filipinas is looking for a dynamic Administrative Assistant to ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our Davao office/warehouse. The Administrative Assistant is responsible for supporting the Manager and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company's general administrative activities. These responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Provide general support to visitors by answering questions and concerns
  • Maintain contact lists
  • Maintain office equipment inventory by anticipating needed supplies, placing orders and verifying receipt
  • Develop and maintain an accurate and efficient filing system
  • Administer and process all petty cash transactions that comply with company policies and procedures
  • Submit and reconcile expense reports
  • Receive, issue receipts and deposits all checks
  • Implement quarterly and yearly performance review in coordination with HR Associate based in Makati
  • Monitor timekeeping and attendance, to ensure payroll and HRIS/201 files are up-to-date, accurate and comply with relevant regulations
  • Implement company policies and procedures
  • Assist in planning events such as trainings and team building activities

Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience as Administrative Assistant preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
  • Proficient in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized: able to maintain accurate and consistent documents/records
  • Strong written and verbal communication, effective organization, ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Must love chocolate and working with farmers
