Job Description
- To undertake upkeep and repair tasks at the interior or exterior of company premises and branches.
- To keep facilities in perfect condition by doing various odd jobs.
- Well-organized with strong general repair skills.
- A keen eye for detail and physical stamina are valued greatly in this job
Minimum Qualifications
- Performing maintenance and light repairs.
- Knowledgeable in minor carpentry works and painting.
- Paint and fill gaps or crevices (on walls, sidewalks etc.)
- Good knowledge in electrical works.
- Performs minor plumbing works.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Malate, Manila and willing to travel in the branches (NCR and Provinces).
- Applicants must be willing to work during weekends, holidays and on shifting schedule as needed.
- Skilled electrician is highly preferred.
