Job Description
- Monitors stock levels and identifies purchasing needs;
- Tracks orders and ensures timely delivery;
- Updates internal databases with order details (dates, vendors, quantities, etc)
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Good communication skills;
- Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, IT/Computer Science or equivalent.;
- Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Office, MS Word;
- Applicants must be willing to work during holidays and weekends as the need arise and on shifting schedule;
- Applicants with previous work experience in the field of Purchasing is an advantage;
- Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
