Organization and People Development Associate  

The Organization and People Development Associate is responsible for the end-to-end process of learning and development initiatives including conduct of needs analysis, program management, program facilitation, and program evaluation. Moreover, this role will ensure the effective implementation and management of the JGS competency-based system, performance management, and advancement planning.

Responsibilities:

• Designs, recommends, and implements strategic learning programs/interventions and initiatives that will support the learning and development neesd of the conglomerate
• Designs, recommends, and implements programs that will enable the conglomerate to a competency-based system
• Aligns with the HR Partners of the Business Units, and provides them support on learning and development initiatives
• Conducts and evaluates learning programs
• Manages and prepares the pre-training to post-training logistical requirements
• Evaluates the programs and initiatives related to this end
• Promotes a culture of meritocracy in the conglomerate through initiatives that will continuously develop and reinforce the JGS performance management system
• Manages, monitors, and evaluates the implementation of the system
• Partners with the business and corporate center units in preparing their respective plans to ensure a strong and sustainvable leadership structure
• Recommends customized programs/interventions for the identified invidiuals in the plan

• Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Psychology/Behavioral Science/Human Resources/Business Administration
• At least 5 years of solid experience in Learning and Development, and Organization Development functions
• Strategic and Systems Thinking, Communiaction and Presentation Skills, Interpersonal Skills, Teamplayer
