Job Description
- Attend to agents’ and buyers’ queries.
- Monitor and record all incoming SLRDI / JV Official Receipts.
- Prepare transmittal of SLRDI / JV Official Receipts and transmit to the concerned branches.
- Prepare remittance report against collection report.
- Prepare computation of agents’ commission.
- Monitor Client’s Registration Slip (CRS) received from the agents.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of a 4-year course, preferably in Accountancy, Finance, or Management.
- Results-driven, analytical, and assertive.
- Work experience in sales or customer service is an advantage.
- Above average communication skills.
- Computer literate.
- Customer service oriented.
- Can provide accurate data on time and recommend actions.
- Willing to be assigned in Bacolod.
