Job Description
- Responsible for the timely and efficient generation of Balance Sheet and Income statement summary of accounts and its subsidiary ledgers
- Ensure timely and accurate submissions and payments of required external reports such as BIR, SSS, PhilHealth and PAG-IBIG
- Ensure timely payments of taxes and filing of required returns to the BIR
- Keeps abreast with all new BIR regulations and ensure proper imposition of taxes
Minimum Qualifications
- BS Accountancy graduate, preferably CPA
- Background in real estate operations is an advantage
- Must have good communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly analytical and willing to work long hours
- Keen attention to details and highly organized
- Must be computer literate and results-oriented
- Personable, articulate and a team player
