Job Description
- Prepares timekeeping report (bi-monthly);
- Prepares and process payroll
- Prepares payroll reports/entries to be submitted to Accounting Department
- Prepares annualization in coordination with Accounting Department
- Prepares of appointment papers such as NPA, lateral transfer, promotion, regularization etc.;
- Prepares summary & reports on Performance Appraisal Forms (PAF);
- Maintains updated record of employees' movement & salary adjustments
- Process mandatory benefits (SSS Loan, SSS sickness benefit/maternity benefit, SSS/PHIC/HDMF certification, etc);
- Prepares prestige report & its reward to employees;
- Responsible for facilitation of HR programs, events, etc.
- Presents reports & comprehensive studies re: COMPBEN and Company Activities
- Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree graduate preferably in Industrial Relations, Psychology, Human Resources or any related course;
- With experience in the position or in the industry;
- With excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills;
- With strong leadership and motivational skills;
- Can work with minimum supervision and under extreme pressure;
- Willing to work at Philippine stock exchange Ortigas Pasig City.
