Job Description
- Checks acceptance of sales bookings, payments and lot sharing in accordance with current company policies and guidelines;
- Prepares Reservation Application (RA) for every booked sale;
- Responsible for the issuance of Provisional Receipt (PR) for cash and dated checks, Acknowledgment Receipt (AR) for post-dated checks (PDC) and Official Receipt (OR) for other collections;
- Maintains strict implementation of documentation, sales policies and standard operating procedures;
- Safekeeps buyer’s documents;
- Strictly monitors inventory in Sta. Lucia website and IFCA and ensures both records are always reconciled;
- Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any 4 year - business course;
- Results-driven, analytical, assertive, very customer-oriented;
- Preferably with two (2) years relevant work experience in sales and/or customer service;
- Background in real estate is an advantage;
- Can provide accurate data on time and recommended actions;
- Adept with computerized systems & environment;
- Above-average communication skills.
