Job Description
- Monitors performance & attendance of sellers during the accreditation seminar
- Validates the accreditation of all new sellers;
- Conducts Product Knowledge Seminars using approved materials of the company;
- Supports sellers in all sales activities, network organization and sales quota target;
- Monitors weekly and monthly sales and recruitment targets on the assigned projects;
- Monitors the overall performance of the sellers;
- Organizes and monitors recruitment activities and handles the conduct of trainings and seminars for newly recruited sellers;
- Attends to all sales & marketing related activities of the project/s assigned to her;
- Presides sales meetings with her sellers and provides all sales and marketing related information which is vital to meeting the corporate targets.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of a four-year business course
- Preferably with experience in sales in the same industry and preferably a Licensed Real Estate Broker
- With positive mental attitude and people-oriented
- With people handling, leadership and negotiation skills
- With good presentation skills and must be able to do fieldwork
- Highly motivated, flexible and results-oriented
- Willing to work at Philippine Stock Exchange Ortigas Pasig City
- Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
