Job Description
- Responsible for the timely and efficient generation of Balance Sheet and Income statement summary of accounts and its subsidiary ledgers;
- Prepares journal vouchers, monthly schedules for financial reports, BIR remittances and reports, and SSS/PHIC/HDMF remittances and reports;
- Ensure timely and accurate submissions and payments of required external reports such as BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, and PAG-IBIG;
- Ensure timely payments of taxes and filing of required returns to the BIR;
- Keeps abreast with all new BIR regulations and ensure the proper imposition of taxes;
- Facilitate year-end audit requirements;
- Monitors actual expenditures vs. budget;
- Prepares semi-monthly sales performance report;
- Handles affiliates and JV’s inquiries and follow up;
- Handles E-link related transactions;
- Performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy, must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
