Job Description
- Checks acceptance of sales bookings, payments and lot sharing in accordance with current company policies and guidelines;
- Prepares Reservation Application (RA) for every booked sale;
- Responsible for the issuance of Provisional Receipt (PR) for cash and dated checks, Acknowledgment Receipt (AR) for post-dated checks (PDC) and other collections;
- Prepares remittance report against collection report;
- Maintains strict implementation of documentation, sales policies and standard operating procedures;
- Monitors the updating and controlling of sales based on the inventory of stocks available for sale;
- Monitors recording of daily sales to control book and updating of control map;
- Submits Daily Sales Report (DSR) to Sales Services Department at the end of the day through e-mail;
- Updates the Management and Business Partners (BP) on the status of problematic accounts as to payments and documentation requirements;
- Sends reminder letters to buyers with delayed accounts;
- Prepares weekly replenishment (check vouchers and petty cash) or as needed.
- Schedules and prepares request for check preparation of suppliers;
- Releases commission checks, incentive checks and supplier checks;
- Safekeeps buyer’s documents;
- Strictly monitors inventory in Sta. Lucia website and IFCA and ensures both records are always reconciled;
- Monitors Client’s Registration Slip (CRS) received from the agents;
- Attends to agents’/buyers’ queries;
- Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any business-related course
- With at least one (1) year of experience in sales
- Flexible, can work under pressure and with minimal supervision
- Goal-oriented and keen to details
- Willing to work as a Reliever
- Preferably residing at Calumpit, Bulacan or nearby municipalities
