We are looking for someone, ideally having worked with a Bank, a Coop or an MFI, to help us expand our client base in the Philippines market.

Oradian is a global SaaS start-up behind Instafin – an award-winning core banking software. Our innovative cloud-based system is used by rural banks, microfinance institutions, financing companies and cooperatives worldwide. Instafin radically improves the financial institutions’ performance by reducing their costs, and helps them scale their services quickly and efficiently.

The Role

You will work closely with the Head of Sales and the Managing Director for Oradian Philippines. The Sales Development Representative is responsible for driving market share and qualifying leads that build pipeline for the sales organization. The SDR will also be responsible for running regional campaigns focused primarily on cold calling, developing and qualifying leads to the point of handoff to the sales force.
Performing SDRs can expect to grow into Account Executive positions within a few months.

Your specific responsibilities will include:

  • Build and manage lead development pipeline, mainly via cold calling
  • Prospect into multiple organizations via cold-calling, networking, e-mail/e-marketing, and utilizing Internet information sources
  • Articulate the Company's value proposition to decision-makers across multiple industries to assess buying interest. Promote software solutions with various management levels and professionals across technical and business disciplines
  • Qualify all sales leads based upon specific lead qualification criteria definitions
  • Provide baseline research within targeted accounts to identify key contacts and critical account information prior to prospecting call
  • Update properly the company CRM (Pipedrive)
  • Contribute to improving Oradian processes by pro-actively finding new creative ways to generate meetings for the Account executive.
  • Provide weekly activity report to management

Minimum Qualifications

  • Min. 1 year of relevant work experience
  • Bachelor degree from a top university
  • Experience at a Bank, a Coop or an MFI highly appreciated
  • Clear command of the English and Tagalog language
  • Great communication skills (oral and written)
  • Strong planning, organizing and execution skills
  • Ability to work with a team and also deliver independently
