Job Description

The Office Manager is responsible for maintaining day to day financial, accounting, administrative and personnel services in order to support the growth of Oradian.

The Office Manager reports to the Managing Director and is responsible for supporting the team with the day-to-day challenges of the office. These challenges can be very various, among others:

  • Purchase of the office material and equipment, taking care of office space,
  • Post, scanning and archiving documents, input of the invoices in excel, equipment list,
  • All the issues regarding registration of the employees (contract, personal documents, visa, work permit..), preparing workplace for new employee
  • Booking flights and accommodation
  • Preparing everything regarding visitors (transportation, accommodation, visa etc)
  • Handling bank issues
  • Handling BIR, SEC, accreditation and taxes
  • Preparing invoices for booking
  • Checking and preparing financial reports / consolidation reports
  • Handling legal issues that might occur
  • Dealing with domestic suppliers
  • Taking meeting minutes

Oradian works with Financial Institutions (Cooperatives, MFIs and Rural Banks) and equips them with a very innovative (cloud-based) MIS. Using our MIS (also called Core-Banking-System), these institutions improve drastically their operations and the service to their clients. Oradian is based in Europe (Croatia), has about 48 staff. Oradian Philippines is based in BGC and has a local team of 6 people.
