Job Description
- Guide and Monitor team members for the entire operation process
- Handle the shift, provides instruction and monitors completion of task given to pay out associate
- Responsible to ensure accuracy of all transactions
- Process payments of affiliate and agents
- Process fund requests
- Ensure compliance of instructions given by the Supervisor
- Prepare, update and ensure completeness and accuracy of reports
- Conduct basic coaching to Pay out Associate
- Provide assistance on conducting trainings or creating manuals and hand outs for new hires
Minimum Qualifications
- A graduate of any 4 year course
- Preferably with 2-3 years of experience in the same position.
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Computer literate
- Working knowledge on MS Office
