Job Description
- Monitoring financial transactions.
- Ensure the security and compliance of transactions.
- Preparing reports
- Manage the workflow and production of team members.
- Identify and solve problems.
- Strategize on the efficiency of transactions.
- Monitor team productivity and transactions.
- Implements the company policy and procedures.
Minimum Qualifications
- A graduate of Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.
- With 2-3 years experience working as a supervisor or manager in a bank.
- Has the ability to lead, manage and motivate his/her staff.
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
