Job Description
- Handles clients inquiry via online chat, and phone call
- Provides guaranteed quality service to the clients by ensuring product knowledge is up to date
- Handles clients concerns within the specified handling time
- Keeps and maintains clients record
- Resolves clients concerns
- Escalates issues and concerns to supervisors/operation manager
- Works in close coordination with other teams to ensure delivery of satisfactory services.
- Collect, analyze and prepares shift reports
- Recommend improvements to the work processes as required/needed
- Promote a positive work environment that contributes to increasing efficiency and productivity of the workforce.
- Ensure that all coordination and communication requirements are met consistently, appropriately and correctly.
- Continuously seek ways to improve her productivity, as well as her team’s through the upgrading of skills, coaching, counseling, etc.
- Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- Preferably, college graduate with at least 1-year related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Basic Computer knowledge: MS Office (Word & Excel), Internet Browsing
- Strong Communication skill – Spoken and Written
- Knowledge of poker/casino games an advantage
- Self-motivated and results oriented
