Job Description
- As a Finance Manager
- For all Financial and Accounting activities and reports, for use by Management; Government and its agencies; third parties, i.e. Banks, and, other ad hoc requirements.
- For the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of all Financial and Accounting activities and reports.
- For the financial study, review, analysis, and internal control function.
- For financial planning and business projections.
- As an Administrative Manager
- All sourcing and purchasing activities and reports.
- Responsible for the day-to-day administration of the office and plant(non-production) premises.
- Responsible for providing administrative support to all FS Petroleum and Traders, Inc. For example, office and plant supplies, IT HW, office/plant logistics. Note that fulfillment of this support may be through third party personnel or outsourced services.
- Other Tasks that may be assigned from time-to-time.
