Job Description
- Manage, service, acquire and retain accounts
- Liaise with clients to identify their objectives, needs and to ensure customer satisfaction
- Conceptualize, plan and produce events, brand activation projects, videos and other below the line marketing campaigns
- Collaborate and work closely with project managers, graphic artists and script writers
- Oversee all project details such as concept, title, theme, venue, f & b, entertainment, script, set design, artworks, manpower, logistics, costing, reports, etc.
- Development, preparation and presentation of proposals and company portfolio to existing and prospective clients
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 3 years work experience in events
- Proven work experience as an Account Manager
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and interpersonal)
- Must be willing to work in a fast-paced and client-centered environment
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule as the business demands (nights, weekends and holidays, if needed)
- MS Office proficient
- Must be willing to work in Manila and can start immediately
