Job Description

  • Manage all flows of outbound and inbound client requests and issues via email, chat, and phone;
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve resolution;
  • Triage tickets to the appropriate internal departments and work with them to resolve the issues;
  • Work with teams (i.e.Sales, Operations, Compliance, Security), escalating issues and collaborating with appropriate parties to establish a protocol on new processes;
  • Promptly respond to customer queries via the online chat portal and hit minimum expected client satisfaction scores based on feedback from chat users;
  • Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment so that company efficiency and productivity standards are met; perform tasks accurately; organize work to meet daily, weekly, and monthly deadlines;
  • Identifies underlying issues and root causes of problems and collaborates with others to define problems and desired outcomes;
  • Expresses disagreement tactfully and with sensitivity and maintains composure under stress and pressure;
  • Proactively look for ways to improve internal processes;

Minimum Qualifications

  • Excellent English Communication Skills;
  • Completed at least 2 years in college;
  • Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply;
  • Knowledge of sales and up-selling techniques (e.g. overcoming objections, closing sales, suggestive selling);
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Windows and Outlook;
  • Strong client orientation skills;
  • Willing to work in BGC Taguig City;
