Less than high school


Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science or a strong combination of education, training and experience that demonstrates required skills and capabilities.

Required skills:

Minimum 5 yrs. experience with Windows Server 2003/2008/2008R2 and 2012, SQL Server 2012/2008, and IIS systems administration
Minimum 4 yrs. Experience with Virtual Server (Hyper-V, VM Ware) administration
Minimum 3 yrs. of Microsoft infrastructure and configuration/installation and administration experience with Microsoft Lync, Exchange and Active Directory
Demonstrated exceptional team member, spoken and written communication, and presentation skills
System and process documentation skills
Strong project management experience specifically managing and completing concurrent projects

Job Description

This position will provide complete System Administration focus for multiple centralized, remotely managed, Microsoft-based Unified Communications environment architectures supporting hosted multi-tenant, Enterprise multi-tenant and dedicated hosted Lync enterprise voice services. These environments support an integrated Unified Communications suite including Voice enabled (PSTN) Lync, Exchange, Exchange UM, Outlook, and integrated third-party network ACD capabilities. These environments provide 99.999% uptime/availability 24x7 in a High Availability architecture and automatic failover designs. Responsibilities will encompass major integration points such as Active Directory, Lync Server 2013, Exchange 2013 / 2010, Altigen MaxACD and other stand-alone hosted voice solutions. Primary responsibilities for the position include serving as a Sr. System Administrator, support lead, interfacing with IT, Management, multiple service providers and directly with the end subscribers.
