Job Description
- Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media.
- Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information.
- Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling.
- Cancel or upgrade accounts.
- Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must possess at least a Bachelor`s/ Degree, Secretarial or equivalent
- Exceptional English communication skills ( both verbal & written )
- With at least five years experience in Australian BPO industry or the like
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Emails in Microsoft windows environment and ability to navigate through software applications.
- Excellent Customer Service and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized, able to multitask and work independently
- Detail-oriented and resourceful
- Proficiency and accurate data entry skills
- Must have proven strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Ability to build productive business relationship with clients
- Ability to follow directions and work with minimal supervision
- Ability to understand quickly and execute complex written and verbal instructions
