Senior 3D Graphic Artist  

• Collaborates with other artists and attends meetings to discuss ongoing projects
• Troubleshoots any problems that arise during work on a project
• Must be able to apply and maintain a consistent art style throughout the duration of the project
• Ability to work well with others
• Strong communicator who loves the interactive technical and creative process
• Drive best practices, insights, development needs by research, evaluate and deploy tools that can improve development productivity.
• Continuously improve standards and innovation technologies in her/his area
• Maintain consistently high standards for accuracy, aesthetics, and productivity
• Continuously improve workflows and processes
• Ability to coach/train the junior artist on the production floor
• Be flexible and able to adapt to different artistic styles.
• Review others work and provide feedback
• Willingness to remain up to date on the latest creative software and hardware

Work Hours & Benefits

• Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm

• Must have 4-5 years of experience in Game graphics (specifically in designing Characters or background)
• Has experience in game graphic outsourcing
• Expert in using tools such as 3Ds Max or Maya
• Strong working knowledge of art software tools such as substance painter and ZBrush
