Job Description
- Responsible for all activities pertaining to maintenance of the staff personnel database and other aspects of compensation & benefits
- Responsible for timekeeping and payroll administration, compensation and benefits management
- Prepares the reports for submission to management
- Verification of overtime, labor claims, etc.
- Administers processing of company generated benefits and incentives
- Completes requirements necessary for government mandated services and ensure 100% processing based on allowable nnumber of days
- Ensures accurate report and on time payment of government contributions as well as remittances
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 1 year of relevant experience
- Experience in the BPO industry is an advantage
- Must be willing to work in MAKATI
- Highly organized
- Resourceful and creative
- Background in different facets of HR is an advantage
- CAN START ASAP
