Job Description:
- Implement Senior Management’s strategies to meet business goals
- Promote facilities management to potential new customers in conjunction with company’s business plans and growth strategies.
- Manage existing customers and new sales process from enquiry to signing of agreement
- Monitor and report progress status of potential customers, market news and developments
- Liaise with other departments where necessary
- Perform other duties assigned by management
Minimum Qualifications
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of work experience in either business development, sales, marketing, training or property management in property, information technology or similar industries
- Preferably a Diploma in Sales / Marketing / Estate Management / Information Technology and/or equivalent work experience
- Flexible and adaptable, and able to work effectively with a multicultural workforce
- Analytical and possess good communication skills
