Job Description
- Responsible for planning, management, coordination and financial control of the project
- Management of site construction activities or any section thereof
- Monitoring monthly actual progress versus planned progress per schedule
- Establishing field shop requirements, construction facility layout, construction methods, field organization, etc.
- Initiation of corrective action to remedy construction problems
Minimum Qualifications
- Licensed Civil Engineer
- With strong structural engineering background
- 5-10 years experience in Hi-Rise & Mid-Rise construction
- Male/Female
- 45 years old and below
