Job Description
- Responsible to acquire and develop new users and maintain existing users.
- Responsible to maintain community members via Telegram, Discord, Whatsapp and etc.
- In charge of Market information and customer’s feedback and request.
- Fully understand the KPI, carry out work according to the designated KPI, report the progress in time, and complete the tasks assigned by the manager on time.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- Have excellent communication skills and customer-service skills, able to communicate information clearly with the team and customers.
- Have experience in sales and marketing.
- Have a strong ability to learn, think fast, work uder pressure and adaptive.
- Have a high sense of responsibility, professionalism and positive work-attitude.
- Have a good understanding of financial products or investments.
