Job Description
- Do specification writing.
- Manage project documentations.
- Organize schedules, papers, digital documents, samples, and swatches.
- Manage and review contracts from suppliers and contractors.
- Manage the quality of the projects and ensure that everything being constructed is of excellent standards and meets expectations.
- Resolve problems that arise during construction and adjust plans accordingly.
- Conduct weekly site inspections and attend client meetings.
- Create project program.
- Assess and develop suppliers’ and consultants’ design solutions.
- Work long hours and well under pressure.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least five years of experience.
- Degree in BS Architecture.
- Licensed Architect.
- Preferably wtih experience in MEPF planning.
- Excellent design and drafting skills.
- Has the skills to be a part of a team of professionals in diverse fields.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other rendering softwares.
- Can work on five projects simultaneously.
- A keen eye for detail.
