Accounting Supervisor  

The Junior Account Supervisor is in charge of preparing monthly reports for review and approval of the Finance and Accounting manager. He/She is expected to update fixed assets, Bank Reconciliation, BIR Remittances (Vat and Expanded), monthly closing entries and reports. He/She is also responsible for updating and adding business partners and circulation.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Identify areas for improvements and provide recommendations.
• Identify resource requirements and skillsets to meet business needs.
• Support and manage account operations and activities.
• Manage account financial activities including billings, payments, receivables, invoicing, etc.
• Develop a strong relationship with clients for business growth.
• Liaise between clients and project team for effective account management.
• Develop and implement a strategic business plan to meet business objectives.
• Develop marketing strategies to increase sales revenue.

• Graduate of BS Accountancy and must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA);
• 3 years of Work experience;
• Must have excellent skill in Microsoft Excel and preferably with experience in computerized accounting system such as SAP – B1, Peachtree or Quick Books;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Must be a highly organized person
