Job Description
The HR Generalist shall be primarily responsible for the efficient implementation of HR policies and procedures on employment, performance management, disciplinary actions, training, and employee relations. He/She shall ensure the department’s strict compliance to all internal and external regulations.
The HR Generalist is expected to conduct all these duties with the highest degree of responsibility, commitment, integrity, and customer service orientation.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Development, Behavioral Sciences, or the like
- At least two years of relevant experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills;
- Good oral and written communication skills;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
- High organization skills;
- Customer service orientation skills;
- Analytical skills;
- Basic report preparation and business letter writing skills;
- Ability to formulate and evaluate policies and procedures;
- Basic supervisory skills;
- Ability to interact effectively with senior management;
- Knowledge on Local Labor Laws and Regulations.
