The HR Supervisor focuses on the day-to-day operations of employment and placement; compensation and benefits; training and development; and labor relations for a company or organization. He/She also oversees the department's own budget; employee training, hiring and termination policies; and employee salaries.
It is the duty of the HR Supervisor to keep company departments running smoothly while making sure that everyone in the organization have a peaceful and formulated life at work.
This will be for our sister company located in Ortigas.
Minimum Qualifications
Work Experience:
- Minimum experience of 2 years in Human Resources.
- Strong work expereince as an HR Generalist.
