- Generate leads or new accounts. Identify new sales opportunities from new and/or existing accounts.
- Attend meetings with clients, represent the Company with prospective clients.
- Plan, execute and close projects.
- Craft and deliver presentations.
- Effectively manage accounts and projects assigned to him/her. Monitor current line-up of projects and provide timely updates to everyone involved. Maintain relationships with third-party suppliers, talents, and other relevant parties.
- Generate sales from existing accounts, maintain good relations with key point persons.
- Generate weekly accounts performance reports.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Advertising, Media, Business Studies, Administration, Management, Mass Communications, Marketing, Commerce, or equivalent.
- Required skills: presentation, negotiation, time management, project management, highly organized and adept at project coordination, excellent interpersonal skills, proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
- Resourceful, detail oriented and can work well under pressure, good persuasion, negotiation, and management skills is a major plus, sociable, able to interact with different types of people, with strong observational skills and sound judgment, able to conceptualize and think strategically.
- Fresh graduates with exceptional skills are welcome to try.
- Worthy to note, an applicant has a greater advantage if he/she is: charming or charismatic, full of persuasion, exudes a countenance that will make one say yes without you speaking yet, is a fast learner.
