Job Description

Create customer base internally (sell to our sales personnel) and externally, direct contact with the existing or new customers.
• To tap new accounts and nurture and baby sit existing accounts
• Initiate Company Accreditation (If Company is not yet accredited) and coordinate with all internal units to process the accreditation
• Inquire Governance Policy of each customer
• Conduct courtesy meeting{s} at least once a month or regularly call customers
• Gather intelligence of current approved forecast and future forecast
• Discuss with Product Managers to discuss solutions and Commercial Group for budget concerns
• Schedule and conducts product presentations and push priority products together with Product Managers
• Facilitate POC/Type Approval for "commodity typed" components usually passive for active components usually done on per project base
• Monitor/gather of intel from the POC up to completion and certification
• Monitor/gather of intel on incoming bids to ensure fair chance of winning
• Overall supervision of bids to ensure that we meet according to deadline and compliance strictly followed
• If the Bid is won, monitor release of PO and Contract and the same should be properly reviewed by Legal, Technical, Commercial and the COO. If the Bid is lost, prepare SWOT analysis.
• Monitor arrival of equipment on a timely manner
• Monitor that Kick off meeting, internally and externally, is done and properly documented and signed off
• Monitor that project implementation is done according to schedule and to elevate to the COO if there are other issues/concerns
• Monitors and assists in acceptance documentation
• Monitors invoicing and collections-closure of specific project
• Prepares/updates Sales Report to the COO
• Continue nurturing of the account and explore other projects
• Constantly monitor and send personal greetings on all birthdays and all personal happenings of one’s customer/proponents.
• Prepare MoM for every sales meeting done internally or externally with the customers to ensure that he/she captures all the information correctly in the meeting.
• Prepare/initiate Kick Off meeting and prepare MoM for project{s} won.
• For high level discussion, product presentation to record the meeting via tape recorder or cell phone recorder and take pictures.
