Job Description
- Will be highly involved in growing this business platform in the field of rising Fashion Technology.
- Analyze how SiP brand is positioned in the market and crystalize targeted consumer insights.
- Lead creative development and translate brand strategies into brand plans, brand positioning, and go-to market strategies
- Monitor market trends as well as research consumer markets and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and key issues.
- Oversee advertising activities to ensure consistency with product line strategy.
- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Coach SiP team and get the best from everyone.
- Brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to establish systems and processes as to constantly improve customer experience.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least a Bachelor's / College degree in any of the following:
- Management Engineering
- Management
- Marketing
- Merchandising
- Communications and Technology
- Media and other related areas
- With at least 1-2 years of work experience in any related field.
- Leadership skills.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Advanced communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management.
- Highly creative with the ability to think out of the box.
- Highly resourceful in all situations and can multitask.
- Drive for results.
- Willing to work in the area of Bacood, Sta. Mesa Manila.
