Job Description
- Directly coordinates/supervises activities of garments production & operating workers
- Inspects works for adherence to specifications
- Following up with all approvals for samples, fabric, accessories, and trims
- Directly monitor the entire production process based on production deadlines.
- Propose and implement measures to improve production processes.
- Prepare required production updates and reports.
Minimum Qualifications
- With at least 2-3 years experience in the production department
- Knows production of garments processes
- Very detail-oriented, organized and a good leader
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree/College Degree, Business Management, and Merchandising, Textile/Fashion Design or equivalent.
