Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Knowledgeable in various phases of Accounting system.
- Will be involved in financial Statements preparation, OPEX analysis and coordination with external auditors
- Bookkeeping requirements and general ledger reconciliations of balance sheet and income statement accounts
- Preparation and filing of BIR tax returns and other reportorial compliances, VAT policies & other related matters
- Compliance with SEC, LGU, SSS, HDMF and Philhealth accounting related matters
- Budgeting and cash flow management
- Accurate and timely submission of government mandated reports and all management & operating reportsincluding the following: SEC/LGU/BIR/SSS/PHILHEALTH/PAGIBIG/ etc., monthly financial statements (balance sheets, income, Statements of cash flow), aging & collection reports. Weekly cash position reports, supporting schedules & Subsidiary ledgers summary & management reports, etc.
Minimum Qualifications
You will be part of a dynamic AccountingTeam that supports our business model which is a leading innovator in the field of fashion and fashion technology.
- BS Accountancy graduate. Preferably a CPA.
- Highly analytical &fast to resolve accounting problems
- Must have at least 3 years of experience in bookkeeping in a supervisorial capacity in a large retail or manufacturing company.
- Advance Microsoft (Excel) expertise
- High level of attention to details
- Adhere to deadlines
- Strong leadership qualities
- Trustworthy
- Preferably Female
- Willing to work near Mandaluyong area (bordering Sta. Mesa)
