Store Supervisor  

A. SALES and OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT

• Ensures 100% achievement of monthly sales targets set of the shops (BGC and Shangri-La Mall)
• Monitors and assists store revenue, cashier handling, deposit and delivery of the cash
• Monitors cash count operation, controls float held in the cash register
• Arranges and organize all the Cashier’s task reasonably and efficiently
• Manages accuracy of the daily report and submits on time; handles transmittal of the reports
• Correct uses of the forms and organizes store documents; fill in required documents and submits to the Store Operations Manager
• Monitors cash over/short, inventory updates on a daily basis

PEOPLE MANAGEMENT

• Assists the Store Operations Manager by scheduling and assigning employees
• Maintains team’s job result by coaching, counseling, planning and monitoring job results
• Encourages store employees to take ownership for their performance and improvements
• Ensures that sales staff are well presented and in full uniform at all times
• Assists the Store Operations Manager in meetings to update and commend sales team or in absence of the Store Operations Manager

STORE GENERAL ADMINISTRATION

• Ensures the preparation of store opening and closing team: employee assigned, alarm system, lighting, air con, music etc.
• Manages all store operational issues, to include store housekeeping, store administrative duties, physical inventories and price changes and escalates to the Store Operations Manager
• Reports damages for repairs to the Head Office and physically monitors maintenance or repair activity to ensure that concerns are addressed properly
• Maintains adequate store office supplies and shop floor replenishment
• Organizes transfers of stocks between CC BGC and CC Shangrila
• Controls and documents damaged items or returns

VISUAL MERCHANDISING

• Assists the Store Operations Manager in implementation of the marketing activities/direction
• Arranges mannequin and wall display as directed by the Store Operations Manager
• Recommends store improvements to maximize the floor area and displays to the Store Operations Manager

INVENTORY MANAGEMENT AND SECURITY

• Organizes the delivery process; controlling and safekeeping of delivery sheets
• Take responsibility of the stockroom organization
• Ensures and monitors inventory count on a daily basis
• Prepares requisition for stocks replenishment
• Recommends replacement of sold out items and secures reorder

CUSTOMER SERVICE RELATIONS

• Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport to with potential and actual customers to understand customer service requirement
• Oversee the implementation of customer service standards and ensure customer satisfaction and efficient handling of customer complaints
• Resolves customer problems or complaints by determining optimal solutions and in a professional manner
• Educates sales staff and customers in proper handling and usage of the products
• Maintains Customer Data Base

• With pleasing personality
• At least 2-3 years experience supervising/managing a boutique store
• Good in people management and eye in visual merchandising
• With background on store operations
• Excellent in customer relations and communication skills
• Flexible, results oriented and hardworking
• Graduate of any 4-year course
• Candidates with an active lifestyle is a plus
