Job Description
The opportunity:
The Customer Success Specialist is part of Customer Support Team of OLX Philippines and will directly report to the Customer Success Lead. The CS Specialist will ensure quality messages and responses that will educate members and answer different concerns of our external and internal users.
A typical day at OLX could include:
- Content Management (posted advertisements)- edition, cancellation, and upgrading of accounts
- Reviewing and processing report tickets according to website requirements and guidelines
What will make you successful in this role:
- A great concern for OLX users – ensure they are well aware and educated about our website and website’s functionalities
- Great communication style in helping and educating OLX users
- Keen to details
- Timely processing of reports and responding to tickets
- Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Intrinsic curiosity – constantly exploring – to remain nimble in an always changing local environment
Minimum Qualifications
We are looking for someone with:
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Studies course or other related course
- Good communication skills
- Positive work characteristics such as being detail oriented, keen to details, adaptable/flexible, articulate, organized, self-directed, proactive and confident
- Ability to work with minimum supervision
- Ability to work and coordinate well with other internal teams
